Liverpool is currently 4th in the Premiership and can climb to the 2nd position (above Arsenal and Manchester United) if we beat Wigan this Saturday.

Many of you know that Paul Jewell is the manager of Wigan. But I’m sure very few of you know that Paul was a former Liverpool player in the early 80’s but he couldn’t make it to the first team.

I’ve just come across his interview on Liverpool’s official website and I must say that it is a fantastic read.

Ronaldinho has just won the Ballon d’Or bestowed by France Football. Essentially, Ronaldinho is the best football player in Europe according to journalists.

Like all football maniacs, I agree with that decision even though I wanted Liverpool’s captain, Steven Gerrard, to win after his heroics during last Champions League.

As most of you know by now, Renault’s Fernando Alonso is the F1 world champion for this 2004-2005 Formula 1 season. Renault has also won the Constructor’s medal. This is a new era in Renault’s F1 history…

Now this is our car. Notice something similar between it and Fernando Alonso’s car? Something indicated by a red arrow???
